Rashid Centre Students Visit India

A GROUP of students with special needs from the Rashid Centre for the Disabled and officials have returned from New Delhi, India to attend a number of activities including a humanitarian and charity event and imprint a unique impression on many faces.
The visit was part of the cooperation between the Rashid Centre and the Sun Foundation, which runs one of the most important humanitarian institutions in India for the rehabilitation of visually impaired and differently-abled people and other works. The delegation was led by Ahmed Hashim Khoury, Founder of Rashid Centre, Maryam Othman, CEO of the Centre; Sheikha Fatima Bint Hashar Bin Dalmouk Al Maktoum; artists Fayez Al Saeed and Abdulla Belkhair, Jane Omran, media personality and Bassam Al Turk, prominent director while among those who attended the charity event in New Delhi were Raveena Tandon, Bollywood star, a number of ambassadors and consuls of Arab countries based in the Indian capital.
