Organisation working for quality education

THE Citizen Foundation (TCF), the non-government organisation working to improve education for underprivileged children in Pakistan has asked its donors to continue their support.
The Foundation in last 20 years has set up a number of schools and with 89 schools adopted from government the total number of schools reached 1202 across the country where more than 175,000 children are enrolled. The annual expenditure of these schools is estimated around Rs2.5 billion with annual surge of 15 per cent to 20 per cent.
The foundation has organised its annual TCF-UAE Supporters Conference at Al Murooj Rotana Dubai. A large number of Pakistan community members based in the UAE and others from different expatriate communities participated.
